Clear terms for a transparent partnership
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by NetManage IT. By engaging our services, you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
We provide managed IT services including:
Specific services will be agreed separately in writing or in a service agreement.
Service levels may be defined in a separate SLA where applicable.
Late Payments:
Credit Terms:
Both parties will comply with applicable data protection laws including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. A separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may apply.
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information secure and not disclose it without consent unless required by law.
Exceptions:
Clients may terminate services based on agreed notice periods.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, outages, or third-party failures.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of their courts.
